If you are thinking about a Raw Diet, and aren’t sure, then just take a minute and think of these two points:
- What are you eating? What is going in your mouth, to your organs, and eventually to the rest of you? Is it something a scientist created in a lab? A pre-packaged tiny little meal that tells you how to limit your calories? Or, are you eating the fruit of the earth, provided for you to enjoy and give you energy? I’m not even talking about meat at this point. I’m talking about the amount of junk food that is most people’s diets that has become normal. Just for one day, write down everything you eat. Is it fake? Or is it real?
- When was the last time you counted calories? If you’re new to the Raw Food lifestyle, you might be counting still. But, why? Because you are making sure that you get enough, not making sure that you are cutting back! I see women and men all day tempt themselves with food, eat a little tiny lunch while, at the same time, tell themselves they can’t eat an apple because of its calories. I don’t count calories anymore, unless I’m making sure that I’m getting enough.
